Hey Sterling!
I talked to the chef at the Hyatt last night.
We grew up about 8 miles away from each other, he left in '02 he said (three years after me). We hung out at a lot of the same places, probably know some common people.
Pretty trippy for me to run into folks from back home!
He did the cuisine justice though, especially the jambalaya.
I just figured you'd get a kick out of that.
