Welcome to the addiction! I have a JP6 with a natural headstock. Like it was said before, it is an option. Two of mine are matching, and one is natural. They are all awesome.

Very nice guitar !!! The headstock is a matter of personal prefrence, some love it, some hate it, and then there are some who just don't care if it's a matching or natural, as long as it's a EBMM guitar.
