It won't fit a Musicman. The Musicman Hipshot is a BT-1.

Just wondered if it would be of any use to anyone....seeing as it would very cheap

If it was a BT-1 it'd be mine by now....

When I saw the name of this thread I immediately thought of Huey Lewis and the News. Which reminded me of Chris Hayes the original guitar player. He played EB 9-42 and was the reason I started using those strings and playing guitar. Maybe Big Poppa has a Chris Hayes story?
