I can't play a JP at all as I constantly hit the switch. Silo spec (my sub 1 with silo spec pickups and switch) only very rarely. I could not play a strat for years and years because I'd strum a little and be gone. Why? I turned down the volume on the up stroke. I had a tele that I build and played for a long time where I swapped around the controls, which kept the switch far away and the vol knob was enough out of the way where it didn't mess me up. Used an electrosocket so I could use a 90 degree cable (either to my wireless or hardwired...I did both).
