I got this guitar on Tuesday. I previously owned an Albert Lee HH that I had Marty Bell do a custom purple sparkle paintjob on. I had to sell it(along with a Bali Burst Luke iii) due to unexpected medical bills.

I was able to pic this one up and it's a beauty!!!

It took a little time to set the trem to float to allow me to give a nice vibrato to notes/chords. But now it's just where I want it!!!

Totally dig it.

The gold was a GC special color, along with the coil splits. Don't see that color often....great catch!

Pretty sure I saw a Gold HH at Guitar Center in San Jose way back when they first came out. This is a beauty!
