And I am just dying for more info on ordering the 20th SR5 . . . . . I just have to scrape together enough nickels for that and the Blue Dawn <fill in the blank> that I so desparately want as well . . .
**sigh** what to do, what to do . . . . (little voice on shoulder sez "Buy 'em all, stupid, then you won't be debating . . . . . . smacks little voice off shoulder, but ponders the idea anyway . . . )

Oh, bugger. You replied before I thought better of it and deleted my post.

Crikey, let's get off this.

I did ask a question I would like answered. :)

Sorry didn't mean to bugger you up over something that was written in haste.

Live on a computer your fingers do get faster than your thoughts. I know.

This thread is about basses.

I apologize to anyone whose posts were deleted, but let's keep this on the right track, please.

Sometimes I can make my guitar sound like a gun. A bass gun. I found this out while hugging a tree. Basswood tree. Damn splinters. Tone splinters.

I hope all y'all have a wonderful new year.:D

When I saw that maple board H I nearly started crying. So.... beautiful.

I really think I might have to sell all my other basses and get this.

Wes, except for that maple board comment, I can see that you are one of us.

Where in Dallas are you? Do you drink and smoke and so on? Because sometimes we get together at my house and do those things and fondle each others basses and so on.

I'm north, Highland Village.

Hey there Jack. I'm up here in the frozen north of Carrollton. I do drink good beer, don't smoke anything though.
And don't be too put off by my maple lust... my SR5 has a rosewood board. :p
