My new HS DD is incredible. Unless I'm just suffering from NBS (new bass syndrome), it has moved to the front of the pack and ahead by a mile.

Last night at rehearsal it was phenomenal. It's been a while since I've had a SR5 and it just felt like home to me. The addition of the single H has just made it incredible.

What position were you using mostly? On my HH, I usually stay with the bridge bucker soloed (position 1 as you know) but with my HS, I can't help but mess with all those tones. I can get the crisp Jaco sound with a MM vibe with position 2 which is great for the jazz band at my school. Out with the coverband i'm playing with, i'm usually in 3 and 4. :)

You should be. That was the only little tone I was desiring while waiting on my DD and I almost pulled the trigger on a jazz and then my DD came and gave me that tone better than I could imagine!!!

Kudos to EBMM again!!

I've got to make a swoop thru Texas and hear your band Larry, I bet that SR5 kills!

I got word that my DD is in the final stage and will be finished soon, my birthday might not be so bad after all. :D

I'll tell you the same thing that I told TK.

You can get a three-fer on May 4-5. We are playing Friday and Saturday night at a bar/restaurant in Grapevine and we'll be playing Saturday afternoon for the Sam's MS 500 bicycle ride at the Texas Motor Speedway.

Check out the calendar and get down here sometime! You know you would have a place to stay.
