i know what i'd be doing....5150 combo turned up to "3"....striped EVH in my hands, playing some 80s metal riff...

"3" ? You know it really doesn't even sound like a 5150 until it's about 4-5. Seriously.. .that's why I got rid of mine. I was using an attenuator but that took away too much of the 'oomph' even if it let me put the power section to the right spot.

Thats how my Marshall TSL 60 is. If its not up to like half or more its just not "the same." If your ears arent ringing afterwards. It wasn't loud enough.
