Whole new look of complete Big Al bass model with those new tuners, ...great job Musicman!

Don't need to mention PDN exclusive look too!

PerfectBass writes to me & says that the ONLY Reflex HH5 made is being returned due to an odor, am I interested? I say hells yes, gimmie a quote & let me know what you find when it comes back, this was 3 days ago, they dont write back then yesterday they write to me & say, oops sorry, its already been sold

Rick did let me know! I asked him right away after Perfectbass wrote to me the Reflex HH5 PDN was going to be available again... I have no idea where the other buyer stepped in, they knew I wanted it as I gave em the same spiel as my Petition thread well before Rick even got his. They definitely led me on that I was first in line to grab it.

I dunno, just REALLY bummed that Perfect bass threw salt in open wounds here & the owner who I wrote to about getting me a quote (James) didnt write back and say sorry for mix up at least...

I can't win! ha ha! Wasn't meant to be I guess

I even have Pending... mystery bass under my sig... thats how damn excited I got when they told me it was being returned!

You've got to put a deposit on it in order to hold it.

Can't put in a deposit when they won't respond with the price.

I have found that it's always best to call instead of email when scarcity/time is of the essence. But, hindsight is 20/20.

I really hope that the payment falls through for your sake Tuna. I can appreciate your desire for this bass. I have a similar lust for these PDN Big Als...

Would've loved to had a fretless option; but still there is always the next PDN.

Sending negative vibes to the buyer, and positive vibes your way.

Its a done deal my man... the market for this bass was HOT HOT HOT, I've noticed the others sitting at Perfectbass (aside from the Bongos).

if anybody wants to bail on their 25th or Reflex HH5... they know where to get me !

Until then, I'll live with this...

The buyer didn't do anything wrong.

Woot! Called Bass Central today to find out if they had any good news for me, turns out my bass is on it's way from California to Florida where it will be shipped to Oklahoma! Gotta love it, man. I'm stoked!

Never said he did Bassmonkee.

I was merely hoping for a twist of fate and good fortune in the favour of Tuna only because it seemed he had the proverbial rug pulled out from under him on the resale.
