so i just finished school, got a good job and was ready to start saving up for a bfr jp or something fancy (maybe luke or 25th who knows). the weekend before i start (last weekend) i ruptured my achilles tendon. i havent started work so no insurance...now instead of having my dream guitar im probably gonna have to spend every dollar i make paying off medical bills trying not to ruin my credit. to complicate matters all the worse im an x-ray tech so i need to be on my feet which is impossible with my achilles ripped in two. ive gotta find a surgical team that will work on me without insurance and then hope i dont get terminated during my probationary period of employment (the dept has to cut budget by 8-12%).

i hope i can keep my jp and mark iv but the odds are stacked

:(

Wow, that sucks. Injuries like that are bad enough with insurance. Hope you get that taken care of right away. I would recommend to pay what it costs and get the best medical care you can. If it doesn't heal right you could be in for a lifetime of chronic pain. (I should know).
