hey Guys,
One of my favorite fingerstyle players, Peppino D'augustino, is at the coalasce bookstore in MORRO BAY friday 8/18.

Tix are $20. And worth every penny imo. 95% of what he plays is instrumental using a variety of alternate tunings.

I'll be there prolly wearing an EB t-shirt.

Hope to see you out there.

No interest huh?

In the last couple of years for some reason I've found great fingerstyle guitarists to be my main inspiration. Players like Juber, Tommy Emmanuel, Peppino, and Pierre Bensusan are really taking the guitar to interesting places.

I've decided to wear Ursula OH t-shirt.

Tommy Emmanuel is a freekin genius, no-one comes close. possibly the best guitarist in the world, and maybe ever. if you people havent seen him live you aint seen nothin!

I've seen Peppino D'augustino play live twice... he used to come here to play at a great coffehouse in Pacific Grove called "Portofino's"... his is a wonderful player... top of the line...

True. 'Specially around the central coast.

3 or 4 years back my bass player was wearing an EB t-shirt i gave him for his birthday while vacationing in SLO. At a shopping center some woman commented on his shirt, told him she was married to Ernie's son! He thought it was a pretty cool encounter.
