Congrats dude.....in celebration wake up the neighbours for me with it... nothing like a bit of irresponsible bass playing..... my favourite trick is to turn the low end right up 34-100h and every thing else right down.... and pump gain and volume right up ...my neighbours love that sub boom... especially when it vibrates and knocks over their wine glasses... (whiney bitches)

The neck is one of the best features, it feels great and now is squeaky clean, it should funk up just fine. I know it should be the same as the SR4 but it feels different... I could be crazy. The strings are killer, they have some zing, but are fat at the same time, I'm going to keep these strings on for a while.

I got to get this bass it's own strap, as all my basses. But I'm not sure about which strap locks to use, I might go with Schaller on this one.

I don't know who's happier.. you, or the many of us who have been waiting with you!

Congratulations, Chuck!! That Bongo is a thing of beauty. Looks great next to its semi-twin, the SR4. By the way, I love your wallpaper! :D

The big event there is the "Grayson County Fiddlers Convention" (and now our party), we walk across a field out back to the convention, they don't enforce drunk walking.:D
Sounds like I need to come up there. I've been a fiddler for 21 years. :)

That's for sure! I think most of us here get just as anxious for a new arrival as the person actually waiting for their new bass or guitar.

It's like we're all godparents. :D

I know what you mean, it makes my day when one of us post's pictures of a new bass. And there are several of us that have things on order I can't wait to see.:D
