I know he probably choses not to get any matching ones... I havent seen any videos of him where he has matching headstocks... how come?

It's also easier to read "EBMM LUKE" on a plain headstock!!
He's got a radiance red one with a cool black headstock, but most are plain.

Yep, and I also think that the one he's using with Shankar (on the session video) is matching.

hi guys, talkin about lukather's guitars ,
i'm curious what model of that luke guitar he played in the picture?it 's gold hardware, green color, and black headstock.. is it limited edition version? i never saw that kind of color combination ( beside that one played by lukather)

That is an Envy Green LE with gold hardware. Only Luke has one with gold hardware.

On the tour last year, he also had a blue pearl with matching headstock, in addition to the Envy Green LE, and the Black Sparkle, and the red one with the black headstock.

The red one with the black headstock is when Radiance Red was an LE color.

Most of Luke guitars are matching headstock, must be his preference, though it may not matter to him. I'm sure he's just happy to have EBMM making him awesome guitars. :D
