*LOVE* the 12th fret! Years ago I took their build-your-own-guitar course. Built a "strat" from scratch including neck, trussrod, fretwork, etc. Their work is second to none- I won't let anyone else work on my guitars! Those guys absolutely rock.

BTW- Steve's Music in Toronto also stocks EBMMs.
I think if I ever need work done I will bring it to those guys...how's the turn around time, beej?

I agree with Raz.....popular doesn`t mean better! The popularity of the above mentioned brands are their own downfall. Because they are mass produced the craftsmanship is getting worse and worse!!! Music Man guitars rule!

Regrettably ... a few weeks. But the quality's great. They just did a partial re-build on my classical guitar and the workmanship is really top-notch!

Re: The Twelth Fret- I have had my classical guitars serviced there and they do outstanding work, real professionals I never had any complaints.

On an aside -I bought my first electric there - I was looking at some high end Strats, I took a buddy of mine who knew more about guitars. Jay came in and said that if I bought that Strat I was paying for a lot of sh*t that I didn't need. He came back with a much cheaper guitar and when my friend played it he agreed it was a lot better sounding guitar. Jay's comment - he said he was not looking for one sale but a customer for life - and I never went anywhere else after that.
