... would it be to get a piezo saddle replaced on a Bongo? I found a nice one that has the piezo system, and one of the piezo saddles (on the B string)seems to be deader than a hammer.

Have you looked at the wiring? I know the B string on my Bongo HHp goes dead if I put the saddle too low, which I assume is a wiring issue.... could be the same thing here.

Oh, and call customer service. HA!

I haven't bought it yet... that is why I didn't have a chance to check any wiring or anything. I did play it, the B saddle is not exceptionally low as far as I noticed.
Having not purchased it and not being able to have it in my hands, that is what prevented me from calling the customer service folks (I realize that is the preferred method, but this was an exceptional circumstance).
