how do i tell if i am getting spam email

I have listed puppies for sale on a few websites and today alone i have recieved 9 emails about the pups. They are all people from outside the u.s and they keep saying they have a personal shipper or something to that sort. One even offered more money for our stress in trying to ship. The email were stange and I am not sure if I want to trust them is there anyway i can find out if they are scammers or not. Out of the nine only one has responded back after i emailed them. Someone help me out i don't know what to do.

sounds like a scam to me!

also ... any email from a service you ARE a member of (paypal, ebay etc) should have your full name in it, if not thats a spoof/scam/fish to steal you password.

..........I thought this was an EB forum? I've only once seen a reference by a certain person who has appeared playing bass on Video/dvd with Albert Lee, talking about canine gastronomy!!!
 
of course its a scam, people can buy puppies in their own country.

oh yeah, and puppies for sale for your 1st post on the EB/MM forum? THAT sounds like a scam too. I'm sure there's some sort of doggy forum out there...

Are you trying to say that dogs aren't associated with Ernie Ball? Are you not meant to use the heavy gauge strings as dog leads? Not meant to throw the guitar necks in the park as an alternative for a stick for the dogs to fetch?

It appears I've lived my life in a much confused state.
 
Even i received a email asking me to confirm a big amount shopping from ebay but the amount showed in bill was double than my balance , how i could be possible that you can buy $ 100 product if you have $50 in you account .Hay they come to know about our ids it really confusing.

I noticed that there were similair stories about paypal ,Visit this site for best solution PayPal - Horror Stories, Lawsuits, PayPal Problems & Information - PayPal Account.
 
How weird...

A 2 year old post talking about selling your puppies on-line (now there are some very specialist websites that deal with this I'm told):D

Then it was bumped by another member with only 1 post.....

Then it was replied to by an idiot from the UK :D
 
Closing this thread. Started by person who only had one post and brought back from the dead by someone with one post. Very peculiar
