Like many of us I haven't had to worry about belt buckle scratches in quite a while, thanks to the special high-tech elastometric biogel pad* that keeps the bass away from my belt.

*aka "Belly fat."

I knew my belly fat was good for Something! :D

Looks like sit down position on you Jack.

Now Scott must be putting the back srap button on his knee. Still he looks comfy.

When you do covers do you all play the original bass line note for note?

I don't

depends on the song,if its a bass line that stands out like .....brown eye girl (not the best example, but a good bass line none the less) i will pretty much stick to the original. However i do like the funk things up and can get bored playing some lines so will play around with them.

Almost never for me. I listen to the bass line & then play something very closely related to it...so close that most people wouldn't know the difference. I'm too lazy to learn basslines note for note; besides, I like to put my own style to songs. There are a few things that I play note for note, though, like the famous bass riff in "Sweet Emotion."
