those poor basses think that they have a home.....little do they know it is just a foster home

I like to think of Scott's place like a training center for Musicman basses. It's kinda like the people who raise and train seeing eye dogs before they are sent off to the people who will use them and love them going forward. Scott breaks them in, doesn't abuse them, and teaches them the ropes of staying in the pocket and getting the job done. No longer a blank slate, he sends them off into the world to find their own path.

It beats someone buying them to play the RHCP's version of "Higher Ground" and then leaving them under a bed unused, doesn't it?

Of course, there's a chance I just drank too much DayQuil this morning, too.

DayQuil? You too, Jason?

I feel like two-day-old, warmed-over metabolic by-product. Hence my 3 a.m. posts. Thank goodness for prescription cough syrup, Advil Cold & Sinus, etc.

Heh. I just feel like plain ol' ass. :D
It is mostly dust and moving related, I believe. Of course, hardwood floors and 26degree mornings certainly aren't helping. Hopefully, we'll be buying rugs this morning.

You get your Dargie Delight, and I get rugs.

I can not tell you how good it feels for me to have a Natural Stingray 4 with a Maple board. My world just got a little more "right". That has always been my "perfect bass" since I saw Louis Johnson and Paul Denman with Sade. Oh yeah, it sounds friggin amazing and I haven't even set it up to my liking yet.

BTW, I love you too Jack:p The title is a reference to a Toby Keith song, I know you are a big fan of his and all modern country artists!;)

BP, I may surprise you, then again I might not. :D
