Interesting! Why would not being in the US have to do with violating the copyright policy? If one is out of the US, is that free ground on copying EBMM? Just trying to ponder that, as I'd think copying them and selling them is a violation period. However, that fella did a great job on making a custom double neck petrucci.

I'm not sure about this ... EBs trademarks include the headstock design (the lower neck). The 4+2 tuner arrangement is also trademarked, though I'm not sure about 5+2 (again, lower neck). Their trademarks are protected in the USA.

It's certainly a flattering copy of the elements in the JP. But it's still a copy.

Hmm on that note, I think EBMM should release a JP-Double Neck as seen in the Score DVD. It sounds absolutely phenomenal (as does the rest of Octavarium :D)
