While I have not been active in this thread, I just had to comment and thank you for the manner in which you have handled this issue! I have been in GC's that have been fantastic, and some which make me want to cry (a number of years ago, the "bass specialist" at the Plano, TX store swore to me that EBMM had been bought by Fender . . . . and would not accept any contradictory evidence whatsoever . . . and I couldn't find a bass in that store with a correct setup no matter what brand . . . ), and I can appreciate the effort to keep up a consistent standard, especially with the employee rollover rate that you guys must have . . .
