Wow is that a Tele pickup you added? how this guitar is wired ?

I love the single ply pickguard.

Always thought they looked better than 3 ply.

I haven't done the wiring my self - it was bourght this way but yeah it has been modded with a tele bridge and neck pickup by the former owner. pretty cool actually to have both strat and tele features in one guitar.

As far as the wiring goes it is wired like a strat and not like a tele, so it doesn't have the bridge and the neck at the same time. But I like the 2 and 4 position like on a strat and the twangy bridge sound.

worth adding a switch that will add the bridge to any position offering you 2 new sounds

I'm now doing that to my Albert lee
