Except for the different body wood, different pickup magnets, different pickup placement....

+1

Don't forget the 24 frets and pickup blend.

I have a 25th and I miss my Bongos (had to sell due to financial hell  last year). I plan on getting more Bongos. Each model has their love qualities :)

The Bongo is a sweet baby.

This resurrected thread has me thinking poetry.
But all I can muster is this haiku:

Bongo is special

this is not really a word
we just made it up

we must use it regularly - get it into the concise Oxford dictionary!

BTW I tried a Reflex once as well - was v mightily impressed with its versatility and sounds - but I will be remaining Stingray with the occassional Bongo foray when I want a real big EBMM fix - it's a disposable income thing I guess. Reflexes are hugely expensive in these parts - that's not to say they aren't worth it though - just out of reach.........sigh! Maybe I need re-edumacating?!

You guys are killing me with the resurrected threads. My eyes went wide when I saw James Canzoneri's (shamus63) post.
