How to become a "contributing member"

I've got a couple of guitar to sell and I can't find any info on how to become a contributing member. I think I have reached the required post limit.
Please let me know how to contribute. Thanks.

Thanks but I did read the forum rules which is why I'm asking the question. It would appear that I am already a contributing member. I have two pages of posts dating back to Dec of 2017. So, is the"reply to thread"link the appropriate place to create a for sale posting? I'm looking for a "post new thread" link.
