How to set up a bass

assuming that the saddles are fully lowered, and the trusswheel is loose.

how would you set up a bass so that you dont get fret buzz, etc.

And "3/32" is 3/32nds of an inch. It's a fraction. Us old folks know about ancient history like that. We can also tell the time on those old fashioned clocks that have hands instead of digital displays.
