The tone all guitarists expect from a bass player! Fat, creamy; whomp! whomp!
It sounds great but I personaly like my tone a bit more agressive. I'd had a bit of growl to that bass ( less lows, more mids ). Like I said it's only a matter of personal taste; your bass tone is allright the way it is now.

Good tone. Fun jam!

I would like to hear a little more definition to it, maybe a little more gain. Like another response said "it's creamy". Also, I think it can come up about 10% in the mix. Overall, I like it!

Thanks for the comments. Very helpful. Dealing with the bass levels is the hardest part of mixing for me. I have some KRK Rokit 5's but maybe should add a subwoofer for reference.

A little more agression. I think something like Geezer's tone (that's what your tone reminded me of) in Heaven and Hell will fit in there nicely.

Listening to the tune on my MacBook Pro I couldn't hear the bass at all. The MacBook speakers are not that bad, so it means the bass is too low in the mix and it has not enough definition.

BTW, I think the organ's too loud and the drums could be a bit more in the front.

Cool tune

BTW, just checked on HK Sound Sticks with Sub, and more or less the same is still true. I can hear the bass but it's rather buried -- try to mix it with less bass, more mids and a bit of treble. Maybe add a good deal of overdrive, would nicely suit the sound (à la Billy Sheehan & Steve Vai)
