so ive been visiting the above page daily for the last week or so

in order to save me 5 seconds per day, is there any way we can be told when the instruments page will be updated? some other guitar companies have their 2010 selection up, but the more interesting brand hasn't their products page up yet :(

walleye...frowny face ? Most companies havent introduced what we have this year in five years Give us a friggin break! We are showing it to you before the other comapnies and answering any of your questions and its not enough.
It would be easy to only introduce three new models and to show the public them until the catalogs are back from the printers and the website is updated. is that what you want or just everything?

LOL! Is NAMM even over? Wow. Patience really IS a virtue - and I'm willing to give EBMM the extra 5 seconds a day - they deserve it!

Hey BP - I haven't been around a lot lately because I'm ball-less. I hope that changes in the near future.

BTW, I went to the Brad Paisley concert last night here in St. Paul. It was awesome! Of note - he played a pearl blue ALBERT LEE! on She's Everything to Me. Played the whole song in one of the in-between positions (I think it was neck/middle based on the tone - I was too far away to see where the switch was). Anyways - he had that thing singing with this nice thick not too overdriven smooooooooth tone. Awesome player - was great to see him with an AL (yeah ALOC - I hope to be returning home to you sometime soon!).

Anyways - BP - love the new stuff - you guys ARE more productive and innovative than any other company out there. Congrats on an awesome NAMM line up!

Sometimes you need to do better research. Stick here on the forum.....you will see most things before anyone else. That will solve your problem. Patience...

For sure. The website will eventually be updated -- give it time!! -- and just by being on the forum here you'll learn about all the goings on as soon as they happen!

Even when a company like Iba... you know... lol introduces a lot of new guitars and updates the webpage... well, they're a huge company with a whole slew of internet and graphic arts folks on staff who work on the web page literally every day of the year. MM is a smaller company with a guy who does the web page that also does other things, and he doesn't spend every day of the year buried in html, css, and the like.

Those people working on the Iba... you know.. page... they're not at NAMM, and neither is the owner of that company. Guess who at MM is at NAMM... yeah, they're busy giving you new toys to play with and getting to know the people who bring you those toys to your local music store.

gah
you took my frowny face far too literally, it was meant to be flattering. I wasnt meaning to criticize or anything.

and thanks for all the criticisms about my patience, believe it or not this isnt me being impatient, if poppa replied saying "thanks for the eagerness young walleye, the page will be up in 6 weeks, hang tight" i would be disappointed but wouldnt whinge about it, but just wait patiently

bottom line: im visiting the page daily and im just asking if its futile to be doing so so soon. Is there some sort of later time-frame when i should start checking it again daily? february? march? or am i overstepping my boundaries for asking? tsss

and to do with NAMM, I didn't know what NAMM was 1 week ago, and i assumed namm was a 1-day thing, clearly not?

Then my friend, you know what they say about a little knowledge being a dangerous thing.

The Namm show is a 4 days event from Friday to Sunday see here:
The 2010 NAMM Show | NAMM.org

The EBMM instrument website is usually update after NAMM.

There are 2 NAMM shows a winter and a summer one. As a result the EBMM Instrument website would be updated after these 2 events which means twice yearly.

Rather than ask you to be patient I am giving you the facts the rest is up to you. :)

Other updates to the instrument website occur when new colours are introduced / discontinued which can happen at any time at the sole decision of EBMM Inc.

Walleye if you post here more regulary then you will get all the info you need regarding new products first before anyone or even they put it up on their website.

Hey Walleye-

I think you've found the right place... and sure it seems as though you're being roasted over the fire. When i first joined this incredible forum i kept IMing Big Papa because i had all these questions about the guitars and he seemed to know all the right answers (little did i know at that time he was the owner of the company) and he was very kind to me. If you want all the inside scoop just hang out here and Big Papa will actively keep us up to date on whats going on with the gear. Trust me... hang around long enough and you'll know more about the company than the guys trying to sell these guitars to you at your local shop.

Though the NAMM show is only 4 days it takes months to prepare for and even longer to recover from... but even in the midst of it all BP remains active on this forum and keeps us up to date... this is the best place to be.

yeah i forgot to mention that you shouldn't PM Big Papa... he was a great sport and was very kind to me... but PMing BP now is a definite no go! I'm sure if you were to create a thread with a specific question we have all been around long enough to help you out... and if BP has time he will add to the thread.

Come on Walleye, tell us what your interested in so we can start drooling. I wish I was scouring the page for a new purchase. I'm betting everything new should be available for order very soon. There are also contacts on the forum here for GC, and some other fine dealers like Pete DuBaldo, Bass Central, and TPB/TPG who can get the goods!
