It seems to work well. I got mine from Guitar Center & I paid about $43 for it. They're normally around $50, but I got a little discount.

Looks exactly like the one I have! I got mine for free from a former bandmate. The screws came out and he didn't know how to fix it so he gave it to me. After a trip to home depot and $2 worth of supplies, it works as good as new.

Sounds like BP was right about not trusting musicians with wrenches (or screwdrivers) :D

Well you got it fixed anyway ;)

You scared me, there, for a while :p

These are great, but the problem is, you need to buy them with room for expansion...
I had bought mine with 5 spaces, while ago (I had two basses then...)
Now the rack is full and the wife says "there is NO MORE SPACE, OKAY?"

Stupid me, shoulda bought a 10 space rack :D

Oh, I should get one.
I will be purchasing my second Sterling (fretless) come October and my Dargie HH would be lonely by itself. ;)
At least that's the story I am telling the misses, she's a sucker for those tug at the heart string moments.

I would highly recommend the 5 guitar ACOUSTIC stand. More room (wider) between basses and it really help prevent any of the basses from touching.

I paid $50CAD for the 5 model.
