Congrats Rad!!! Once I finish my degree within the next several years, I will work on getting the hell out of NYC myself. It is an amazing city for everything that it offers, but for me there is nothing like fresh air, quiet, and nice scenery and having your own space. You are not that old to think this way...you are just not part of the cattle. It takes a lot of guts to do something like this. Enjoy this new adventure, and hope it brings a lot of happiness for you.

So, in a sad turn of events, I no longer have a loan anymore. The complex I am moving into has 60% of the units rented and 40% owned. The bank requires at least 50% owned to go through with it. They are all eventually going to be sold, but the owner is only selling them one by one. Totally sucks, since interest rates have gone up. Half the work has just been tanked.
