Oh brother. Foggy, you bought the guitar in Mississauga? No wonder it's taking so long. :(

Maybe, you ought to take the train. You can fondle it (the guitar, that is) all the way home. :D

I took a train from Windsor to Montreal a few years ago!
I will NEVER do that again!!!!!!
I'm pretty sure I can run faster than that.
The train goes fast, but it just stops way too often!

Oh...that's not as bad as I thought. Still long, though. :( It's not cheaper to get it shipped (when you factor in the time, gas, etc.)?

It's a lot cheaper (especially since I have an SUV) but I'm making the trip for 2 reasons.

(1) I promised Paul at the Guitar Shop an imprint of my credit card so that they know it's mine! :p

(2) I'm hoping to be able to meet a forumite or two depending on who's available.

(that's not me in the picture btw. Though it would be fun to pose for that!)

I find that quite hilarious. All this time I thought I was looking at the one and only Fogman. You have decieved us all.:p As punishment you shall hand over your Dargie Silo to me. Once it's paid off, of course.

P.S. I bet if you polled the entire forum. They probably thought that was you. Maybe I'll try to pass myself off as Brad Pitt.:D :p

I'm the one who bestowed that avatar upon fogman, many moons ago (n00bs!).

It turned up when searching for an image of someone playing 'air guitar' because then (as now) fogman had no electric guitar!

Back then, we privately agreed that we'd update the avatar when he finally got a MM guitar!

Haha.. You're quite welcome Foggy. It has served you well, but I won't be offended if you opt to use something else once the Dargie is in your hands!

In fact, you may have to do that.. Colin might very well need some closure. :D

Colin might very well need some closure. :D

Hello everyone, allow me to introduce myself, I'm Colin's shrink. Ever since the one you call Foggy decided to purchase one of these fine instruments, I have been treating Colin for a rare known condition called "ican'tbelievefoggydidthis".The condition is not life threatening but he is currently in the corner of my office in the fetal position mumbling one liners about this Foggy. Once I reduce Colin's medication and allow him to return to this forum, would you all please help him with his condition? Thank you for your understanding and I commend this young man you all call Foggy for finally deciding to pull his finger out and purchase an EBMM.;)

regards
