Hello, I have a JP13 Mystic dream model bought a few years ago

Recently I found that only the color on the left side of the back space is some kind of gold-like color , unlike the rest

I have no idea if this guitar has been like this since I first got it or if it's discolored over time

Does anyone have any information about this situation?

I don't think it's a major defect, but just curious.

I would guess that the "Mystic Dream" finish is applied in several layers, and the bottom layer is that gold layer, which reflects light back up through the top coat. That top coat is what has the "flip flop" particles in it, and probably a darker color.
The tremolo cavity is not really fully finished on most guitars, and just collects overspray from the rest of the guitar. I've seen more than a few where bare wood can still be seen inside the tremolo cavity.

Thanks for the reply! I didn't know that multiple coats were applied.

Oh yeah, for a fancy finish like that, definitely. This is why metallic and metal flake finishes can be so expensive compared to solid ones. Even translucent "burst" finishes have multiple layers: one for the base color, and then one for each of the bursts.
The classic "candy apple red" and similar finishes are pretty much a powdered bronze base coat that has translucent red applied on top. if you use green, then you can candy green.
