Well if Big Poppa sees this thread he will know I wasn't joking when I said if they still made the Sparkle Finishes I would have all of em. I am sure alot of people feel the same way. Maybe the Sparkle guitars he sent to Guitar Center got all jacked up you guys know how guitars are treated there any moron can come in and pick them up and play them. For example I seen a Pet at a local Guitar Center and it looked like someone played baseball with it. It was all dinged up and scratched and they still wanted 1600 bucks for it!!! So who in their right mind is going to spend over 1000 bucks for a used instrument basically not me.

ya know ... sparkles scare me but the white sparkle is damn sweet

Arin, they scare you, no man embrace the sparkles. And your right the White sparkle is damn sweet, it's classy, yet classic.

Though I have to admit I can't wait for the JP to get there, I have been dying to see that color in person. Monday it's suppose to be delivered.

Brett,

I, like you, got the sparkle itch too late. You just have to bide your time and be on the constant look out and you'll be able to add to your sparkles. Right now, there is a stripped black sparkle Pet six string on ebay in Germany:

The Euro/Dollar exchange rate make it too expensive, but it goes to show you that there are sparkles out there.

hehehehe....hey, that is what makes the world go 'round. We can't always agree on everything....then this place would be boring. I love variety and take others opinions into consideration. Getting those sparklies will be difficult, but, you have to keep an eye out. Seems like they move in spurts. Good luck with your quest...lol
