"Gig lag."
It's like jet lag, but you don't have to travel across time zones to suffer from it.
It happens when you finally land in bed at 4 am, but you wind up waking up at your usual early-morning time (say, 7:30 or 8 AM) for the usual reasons... kids, pets, or just habit.
And you
CAN
NOT
GET
BACK
TO
SLEEP!!!
