It was quite an experience!!!
It really sucked I didn't have any money. The good thing is I took some really cool pics, tried some really cool gear and met several interesting people.

Yes, tell me about it. Most items were 40% off!!!!FORTY PERCENT!
There was the Fafner amp I want, the awesome KSD vj70, and the magnificent U5 among several other stuff!!!!!!!!!

The ernieball booth was good and disappointing at the same time

Good because everybody was so friendly and helpful
Bad because it had those Rockman bass headphone amps whose sound really sucked. It made the Bongo sound almost the same as the OLP!

I got a picture with the editor of the Bass Guitar Magazine

And...

I got a poster SIGNED by :

a)Jim Marshall(the founder of Marshall)
b)Nicko McBrain(iron maiden drummer)

Are things usually that cheap at guitar shows? I've never been to one, but if this is true, I think I'll pick up the habit rather quickly! ;)

Yes, it is usually cheaper!!! Like in every show(eg boat show)
several products are MUCH cheaper for promotional reasons!
And its a cool combination: You get to be the first who buys the bass and you buy it much cheaper than the rest of the "mass" who is going to buy it after a month's time.........
As for the pictures, I have just given them to be printed so I'll immediately scan them! But I don't know what is the limit for attachments in this forum!!!
