I was at a club in Boca Raton and the band was outside taking a break. He wanted a cigarette and luckily i had a lighter because i was smoking a cigar earlier. We talked gear and whatnot. There were two bass players in the band and they were both fantastic(so was the band). One of the coolest experiences i have ever had:D

I guess the 2 bassists would be Jaco's son Felix, and that Bendy dude. Decent bassist, but personally I don't care for the guy. Was the other Pastorius boy on drums?

Its the pastorious brothers ( bass and drums) and the bendy brothers( guitar and bass). the guitar player was great but the bass player was just good.

Yeah, I've listened to their stuff & I'd agree with that. Really liked the guitar work - the bass was just annoying. I dig both the Pastorius brothers on their instruments, though. Imagine the courage involved to be Jaco's son & put your stuff out there. Comparison - though senseless - is inevitable in a case like that. As I understand, Jaco was also a pretty darn good drummer. His father was a jazz drummer.

The last name doesnt hurt them at all, i tried not to compare jaco and felix but i had to :( in all honesty, they're just diffrent, not better or worse
