I just noticed something about my Reflex

All of the pictures I have seen of the Reflex guitars have chrome covered pickups, mine does not. Were the first ones made uncovered? I doubt the original owner had enough ambition to remove the covers, let alone change the pickups (they are EBMM zebras). Anyone else have one like this?

The Reflex Guitar Center was/is selling has uncovered zibra pickups

ya a bunch of the GC versions came with zebra pickups.

Black. Really digging the sound and the neck is NOT that much different than my Axes. I am happy about that.

Mine is the same except I have the quilted top. These were GC specials.
