Ok, OK, mine is actually a Silo30 but I just can't believe the neck on this thing. I am in love. I have a vintage guitar with an amazing neck profile like this but moved away from it because it was a heavy chunk of maple with a really long neck. I wanted something that felt more compact and comfortable. Someone at the guitar shop put the Silo30 in my hands tonight and that was it!!! It was mine. Some day I hope to own a Silhouette but until then, I am rockin' my beloved Silo.

Do the other MM guitars have this neck?

Lisa!

Does this mean we could steer you away from the chubby stringed instruments??? :D

Fogman, I am doing way more guitar these days than bass. Actually my steady gigs are playing drums at church and guitar at a large regional jail. I'm not doing a lick of bass now and therefore no bass licks. ;)

Gotta get a real Silo sooner than later and experience the true "ah!" moment. The necks are incredible.

I love my silo hsh.I bought it while in waiting for the gamechanger debut.I play it through my peavy jsx and the guitar just sings with nice blues tones, and smooth heavy rock tones.Roll the tone down and I get some cool jazz as well.I am a newcomer to EBMM but I now own the silo and the jp6 and they continue to impress me daily.Thank you Ernie Ball!

I've missed you BP and I love having another instrument with your cool first name on it.

The24thFret, it is indeed an "Ah" moment. Well said!

Dav, I am excited with you!

Guys, we search for years trying to find the perfect guitar for us. I all but gave up on finding all of the qualities in one. The hardest quality to find was a sweet neck profile. The Silo has that and is well balanced while worn with a strap, not an overly large body style for my 100lb frame, not too heavy, lots of pup options, and overall feels amazing. I have finished an over 20 year search. Thank you MM.
