Dude,

I wish your son luck in trying to get a realtor to part with a buck.

Meanwhile, here are my babies...

Thanks! I do love progressive rock.. I think there are more of us than anyone would admit! ;)

I've got some von Allmen in my family tree, so I've learned a thing or two about Switzerland via research. I'd love to visit someday before I'm gone!

Whenever you come, you're welcome to stay at our home.
Note that I live on the south side of the alps (name of the state: Ticino), italian language, palm trees, 2 hours from Venice, an hour from Milan,...

Sounds like a beautiful place, and a generous offer! If I ever make the trip, I'll certainly make time for some drinks and jamming! :)

You are a blessed man there Steve. As far as Dude Jr. goes, he inherited my charming personality, not to mention good looks and could sell a Bongo HS to Dan Lakin.....at full retail.

My current "babies"....8 months and ticking....

kids - a very strange thing. Most of the time I am very anti-children, anti-overpopulation, anti-controllable-noisemaking things.... then you see how cute they are... it reminds me that I only have 3 years of freedom left (my girly and I decided the right time to have them would be when I turn 30)..

cute pics though... maybe in 3 years I will change. hehe

Thanks, Dude.

Tell Dude Jr. to be careful, because trying to get a buck from a realtor is as dangerous as getting between a politician and a microphone. :D

Nahhh he's good...he cut his teeth getting money out of mortgage brokers before he flipped to Realtors.
