Help! I love stingray bass

Sr4 H honey with maple and 2 eq
Sr5 blue dawn H rw board 3 eq

I just love them both but my sr5 is the best bass bp ever made

Mine is a Sterling Classic in black and maple with a stock EBMM Stingray pickup. I A/B'd next to a Stingray Classic and it sounded almost identical IME. It's basically a ligther, faster 2-Band Stingray and oh that neck!

i love my 30th sr4 fretless.. soo hard to play outside the usual hand positions yet so rewarding.. slides, mwah but soo much kapoww in the attack if you want to :)

I have a Sterling Silver/Maple Boarded SR5 H

AND

a Stingray 4 H in Natural witha Maple Board and 2 Band Eq

I also have a Roasted Neck Black Sugar Single H Ray with a SLO neck and a 3 band EQ on order as well as a Stingray 5 H in the Roasted Neck Black Sugar...Can't wait to have them!

I play predominantly through a Mesa 212 Combo with an M6 Carbine as the engine for the rig...SWEET TONE for days! I love a Stingray with some Tube goodness!

Peace,

T

For basses, see my post on my Stingray 5 refurb project.

I play through all Eden gear.
Amp - WT800a
Cabs - D210xlt, D410xlt. Coupled, that's around 1200W
Combo - G-K MBE250 - fab practice or studio amp!
Beside the Sting, I own a Lakland Joe Osbourne signature 5 and an old Yamaha 5TRB sitting in a box somewhere....

I love the 4H Stingray in either the 2 or 3 band EQ set up. I have 1 Classic but would really like to add one more to the mix. I'm thinking a Black one with black pick guard and maple neck and fret board.

Love my 30th anni to bits, and my 20th is a close 2nd, so single H, 3eq, mahogany (body or tone block) and RW makes my day. Every day.

My 76 stingray has a little more than a 2 band under the hood. :p

FS, in natural with black p/g, 5 str
