Help! I need a new output jack

My output jack snap crackles and pops and everybody's favorite SQUEeeEeEaAAaKSsS! I have cleaned it, but it is just stretched out... The output jack is encased in a plastic casing so I can't just open it up and bend the tabs back... I have an Ernie Ball Musicman from 1999-2000ish... Where/how do I acquire a new jack? I will open it up and take a pic of part if you guys need to see it-
