This is the problem: I've been having some strange behviour in two of the three positions of the PU of my SR5.
In the neck position, I'm getting a nice rounded humbucker sound but with no high frequencies, as if there's a eq on with the high end rolled off.
The single coil position is working perfectly.
Then, the bridge position, perfect volume and humbucker sound but... I'm getting a little ground noise, very little but definitely shouldn't be there, given the fact that it is a humbucker.
Anyone can help me with that? Any answer to that enigma? What can I do? Change the whole thing, meaning PU and preamp?
