i played my first sterling

well guys, i went and played both the SR and a sterling,at GC. this was the first time i have picked up a sterling. but here is what i found out. i like the sterling neck better than the SR's. but i still really like SR. ahh this can be good. it means i want both. but at age 23 i can only get one for now. so i am giving the sterling the nod. but has anyone thought about giving a SR a sterling neck? or is this blasphemy? ohh yeah GC will try and screw you on a trade in,like you all said. but in business its buy low sell high. here is the one i plan on ordering. does anyone know how long this color is going to be ran? hey man. i love the sterling! they are my favorite!

many people have talked about the Sterling neck on an SR4 but its not gonna happen. I think you'll dig the sterlingf. in the parallel setting its not quite the SR4 tone but its in the neighborhood.

as far as orders go... it takes about 6 months if you order one from a dealer. i beleive that color is trans teal and its a normal run.

Mr. Weaver, The Perfect Bass has one on their website now and with abalone pickguard (very tasty). The pic is really dark but you can call them and they will probably take some pics in better lighting and e-mail them to you. They did for me and mine is exactly like that except an HS. Your wait would only be about 2 days
