All I have heard about them is good,I really do need to get a shot of one

My friend keeps saying I should get one but I play music in a band more akin to

I think they look great but would they be up to the job

You could do that, but I'd have to ask, why would you want to? Don't get me wrong - I love my AL, but it doesn't do any of what you listed very well. An Axis, or really any EBMM with a bridge HB would do the job much better. OTOH, I love having guitars modded and have considered dropping some HBs into my AL - then I got the Axis and the 20th Silo and realized there was no need for that any longer!

Do what you will, but sometimes getting the proper tool for the right job is the best way to go. My two cents.

Just got back from Albert's Melborune gig, FABULOUS!!!!

I asked about the BFR AL, he reckons it will not be pinkburst! But we'll see of course.

AL is just a crazy amazing player, very inspiring!!!
