Has anyone else besides me noticed that Purple Sport's responses and posts are insightful and informative. Well I did and I just thought I would say thanks Dude. And to show my appreciation I thought I would post this picture.

Yeah...PurpleSport was my virtual shoulder to cry on (read the post...I'm hurt...now what?). He wiped away my tears and got me going in directions I probably wouldn't have ventured into. He's got good info to boot. That's what makes this forum so much fun! :D

Thanks Norm - I'm honestly touched, and most appreciative. What a nice surprise! (Now if only MY purple Sport had a nice piezo trem like yours....) ;)

Likewise, Koogie, I also equally appreciate the kind words, and again wish you the speediest of recoveries and a most creative period of downtime.

I know I've only been here a short time, but I can honestly say this forum is one of the best I've attended in my many years online. The discussions are conducted in an intelligent and civil manner, and everyone's opinions and observations are listened to and respected, no matter how much they're "right" or "wrong" (both of which are relative terms, BTW). It's a credit to the quality of the product, and the caliber of people who love and support it, and I do hope my somewhat longwinded (but hopefully thorough and helpful) insights help further the creative/thought processes of those surrounding it, if even in the tiniest way.

At the rish of sounding like I'm making an Oscar speech, I can't begin to tell you how much everyone here has enlightened me since my Axis entered my life, and I do mean each and every one of you who contributes here. What a cool group!

Thanks again, guys, and everyone else for a great community!

Hey, thanks OC - you're actually a lot more on target than you think:

1) I don't kill 'em unless I'm gonna grill 'em, and

2) I actually did get assaulted here on the mean streets of Manhattan by one of NYC's 10 most wanted a couple years ago because I told the a**hole's buddy to stop harassing a couple of ladies walking down the street (true story)...

Gotta "do unto others", man - if there's anything I've learned over the years, it's that sooner or later that karmic wheel ALWAYS comes a-spinnin' back around! ;)
