Just found this little video clip on youtube. I wish someone would ask what type of body wood they are using.

Well, as stoked as I am about all JP's coming with SS frets now, and pretty much being an exclusive JP/Axis player, I think the L3 is winning this round. . . Can't wait to check that out. . .

just saw the videos. JPXII is going basswood not alder but the video made to mention of a tone block. I wonder if it is still there. I bet it is since the video was not really in depth

LIII for the win!!! 3% bigger body, passive pups with some cool EBMM designed preamp and electronics with a boost. This is just too cool.

The Perfect Guitar Direct From NAMM 2012 - Music Man & the new Steve Lukather LIII - YouTube

I was expecting that...rumor was both flavors would be made available, it was (still) unclear that Luke II would still be produced. And Luke WAS trying both flavors out, which confused me if the ssh was the LIII body. I dont think the neck profile changed or do we know? I like the EMG's but am excited about these new PUP's!!! In for both, just awaiting pricing and availability.

When can we start placing our orders for LIII? Hope SLO team is ready for huge production, seems like a lot of people already fell in love with this beauty!
Bravo :)

BP is angry that Glenn foiled his plan...now we have to wait longer! I'm already content with what I've seen and heard so far about the LIII. It's like a culmination of everything that I liked about the 20th Silo and Silo Special made into one guitar...plus I always thought Olive Gold was one of the nicest finishes ever to come out. Glad Steve likes it as well hehe. That's it! When I have the means and funds, LIII it is!!!

oh man, so glad I just refinanced my mortgage, i have this massive untapped line of credit, that will soon be replaced with a whole new arsenal of MM guitars...ok maybe not that extent but that HH Luke III is just what I've been waiting for!
