Question Ian Crichton's EBMM Silhouette

Hi everyone,

First post here. I've look everywhere on internet for an answer, and if I don't find it here, I guess I'll never find it haha.
Anyone knows which Silhouette model Ian Crichton of Saga plays?
It's clearly a Silhouette, but it's got this weird HS pickup configuration and a finish I haven't seen elsewhere so far.

Lots of used Silo's out there and a bunch of places that do pick guards for them.

Well, that's something I am currently looking out for. Trying to trade one of my axs for one of them, a D'Angelico Deluxe DC LE Matte Walnut.
But worst comes to worst, I'll just sell it and then buy a new Silo. Although I am really not fan of the Snowy Night finish and, I might be the odd one here, I really prefer used guitars to new models.

For the money you can get some great deals used. There are lots here that think the same way.

Out of the 4 that I have only 1 was brand new.

You can always get a used and have it repainted. Like BP says make it your own.

But I have to say, in France, EBMM Silhouette are extremely rare. I think I only ever saw one in a guitar repair workshop.

Maybe EBMM did a One-Off for him with that Pickguard. The Color looks to me like Egyptian Smoke like Beej said.

Yes, and you will have to buy online. I check Zikinf, Audiofanzine, and Reverb. The great thing about Reverb is that you can set a search to only give results that ship from the European Union (no import duty or extra tax). There are 5 or 6 on Zikinf right now and 7 or 8 in the EU on reverb right now, including a 20th anniversary Silhouette in Germany and brand new (old stock) sunburst Silhouette Special in Denmark.
