I was thinking about an Ice Blue Silo Special until the pictures of the of the BP AL prototypes came out and now I want one of those in whatever that blue is called. That would be pretty with a white pearloid pickguard.

Yes, what is that color? Is that Electric Blue or something new? Looks too light to be Electric Blue.

I think that's a solid color with no flake. I don't know what it is, but I like it. I sure hope it's available on the BP AL. That solid orange with the rosewood and tortoise looked nice together too. Wish I could see the magenta hanging on the wall closer up.

Would like to see the blue ice with a black and abalone pg.

Rob, I think your pearl white/ab/rosewood is the classiest Special I've seen. Could imagine it's fun to play and really warm sounding.

Love that (don't know the official names) baby blue and toilet seat white AL that BP's playing. Though I'd prefer the SSS for me, the three chrome top HB's looks just bitchin'. Makes me think '55 Chevy and car hops on roller skates. Very cool.

well..no mater how you slice it, ice blue is not a "warm and fuzzy" color, reminds me of a 63 Mercury Meteor...

the solid, almost pastel, blue on the triple hum Al is more of a likeable color

Someone here posted some really high res. pics of an Ice Blue Pet (I think it was a Pet). That thing was smokin' hot.

Dead-on. The whole color combo has a very classic 50's look to it. Like you could have walked into a local guitar shop in '57 and seen that blue BP AL hanging on a wall.

Funny thing is humbuckers weren't even invented yet. All that shiny chrome just belongs, though.

I initially liked Ice Blue when I saw the pic of that Silo...however I saw it in person on a Luke and honestly it looks a bit too feminine for my liking. No offense or anything, just stating my opinion which no one really cares about anyway probably haha. I just prefer darker colors and cant see myself playing all these Willy Wonka candy colors hehe (again no offense intended).
