Ebony bad. Too brittle, too hard to work; too much waste, it splits and cracks too easily. Hard to find ebony clarinets anymore for the same reason. Suggest a potential Special Edition offering of ebony stained maple - looks just as good.

Small thing - if you want a "customized just for you" guitar, engrave the neck bolt plate, "Made Especially For Bob," or whatever. Now you're unique.

We're all trying to avoid the temptation to empty the full magazine into every good idea fairy that floats by, but manufacturing in America is tough. Name another quality product that's 100% American Made. BP's being polite about it, but I'm sure he's got Good Idea Fairies buzzing him constantly.

6-string bass with a sterling 24 fret neck, silhouette shaped body, made of basswood with the HS bongo electronics + a 5 position switch like that one on a HS SR5 (that means, both switch and pickup pan).

Finish would have to be radiance red with black hardware, oh and Black headstock. No pickguard, maybe some cool art in black, instead.
