My all tube Ampeg rig got to be too much of a pain to move.

Im back to a Little Mark II for what, the second or third time now??

Pairing it with an Aguilar GS212. Quite a pairing. The Aggy is a super sweet sounding cab, and I have nothing but praise for it so far.

I now have a Little Mark II and an Aguilar GS212. I have nothing but praise for this Aggy 2x12. It sounds GREAT with the Little Mark. Much warmer and rounder than I anticipated. Oh yeah and I cut my overall rig weight IN HALF!!!

Next time you want return to Ampeg, you should check out a F1 paired with a SansAmp RBI first

You ain't kidding Jack. My new gig wagon is a Mazda3 hatch, and my LMII and two SWR 210 cabs fit in the trunk. On the weekend I did a gig with a 7 piece band that included 2 guitarists and a horn section and the LMII didn't even get warm. I could easily have done the gig with one 210 cab instead of two if I'd wanted, that's how good these small rigs sound these days.

I remember not so long ago heavy rigs were the only option for good sound, i'm glad those days are over

I just went back to the SVT from my F1/Sansamp.

I love the F1 but the SVT just sounds better IMO for larger gigs. Expecially with my 30th Anni.

The 80lb thing will likely get to be a pain in the near future as it always does.

I still have the F1 in any case and it isn't going anywhere in the forseeable future.

I love my 121P combo. I'm thinking of selling my SVT/810 stack so I can buy that 2X6 Mini combo. Still, NOTHING flaps your being like standing in front of an SVT and an 810. Once you experience it, there simply is no subsitute.

That's surely true, but I think mainly because the 810 is such a huge cab. I guess stacking two 410 or even 410 + 610 would yield a similar experience.

However, sound guys and band memebers generally hate you if you show up with an SVT monster, and you'll hate them back because they always ask you to turn down, even if you can barely hear yourself... that thing just looks too loud!

Yah that one. The 121P is light and all but I need one even lighter and smaller for my office on the ship.

The Mini Mark was used to fight back: Drums, a guitar, a Keyboard, a trumpet, a saxophone and a singer with tons of attitude. It held up marvelously. I have to admit that the P.A. was very nice, the monitors really good quality, and the sound guy knew his stuff. Otherwise I'd have had a hard time.
