I'm back.

Just rolled in to town. Been up since 5am. Bit tired, jet and car lagged. Will attempt to catch up tomorrow as well as posting the trip highlights. Right now, if I had to pick one place to live, Durango CO.

tk, got back into Tucson at midnite last night. Got out of the truck and was not happy to be back home in the heat (a low of 80 degrees, ack!). I wonder how the job market is in Durango.

Ahhh, the excitement of moving out.

I played it with just my SR5 and QSC RMX 2450 and the cab is thick. I mean its sweet.

Oh hell yes! Did riding both in Durango and WI. Did Hermosa Creek Trail which is relatively famous. 23 miles of some fun downhill and some nasty short climbs. Got caught out in the rain. Then did dry fork trail which was a 4.5 mile climb up and a 4.5 mile downhill on some of the funnest singletrack ever.

Shipped my singlespeed to WI. Rode the Quarry trail in Sheboygan. Little course pretty much all singletrack with plenty of branches to try. Then rode Kettle Moraine State Park. A very well groomed and marked trail system. Mucho funno. I think I impressed my cousin and her fiancee riding all the trails on a singlespeed.

Full report when I get the photos posted. Some interesting stories and such.

You rode all that single speed? You are my hero! (I'm proud of using only 3 gears when riding to work, and I admit there have been times riding technical XC I've gone uphill in granny gear.)
I just got a new saddle, Bosdy geometry to protect my balls. And what a difference

I did Durango on my FS and WI on my SS.

Saddles make a huge difference in comfort. I'm currently deciding between a fiziks Aliante or a WTB Rocket.
