Really, which issue ? I did write in for a laugh to see if I could win a Blackstar pedal, but didn't see it in print in the August (Kirk Hammett) issue

Yep saw that too and thought it must have been you and then when you mentioned the forum it all clicked into place. Hope all goes well for you in your recovery just like my west midlands mate Mr Iommi, maybe if you contact selly oak hospital (i know its a long shot) they could give you some info as thats where he gets his 'thimbles' for playing from. out country has a tradition of getting over things , think of Tony and Rick Allen from Def Leppard. then of course on the other side of the pond we have John Denner. all inspirational people.
